"First things first... if you're into anal play/exploration, this thing's a necessity. I'm a guy and was skeptical about the anal douche at first because I'm not use to sticking things up my butt. But, my girl and I are very sexual and I wanted her to try the "prostate massage" technique on me. So before we explored that route, I wanted to find a product that would help to assure absolute cleanliness on my end (pun intended). The anal douche is a great product that does what it's supposed to, easy to use, comfortable, and easy to clean. Don't be intimidated by its looks because it's in no way uncomfortable or unpleasant. Just be sure to use a little lube along the length of the tip prior to insertion. I'd even go so far as to say that it's kinda refreshing and that it also gives you peace of mind when it's time to play. The picture of this product is actually deceiving, in that, it looks small but it really isn't. The "bulb" is actually the size of a healthy orange and made from thick, durable rubber with the ability to hold a good volume of water. The tip is removable and approximately 4 inches in length. Extremely easy to clean with hot soapy water and/or rubbing alcohol. Of course everyone wants to be totally clean for their partner, so the anal douche is the way to go. Bottoms up!"

Look folks, let's get serious here. This thing is not enough to really clean yourself out completely. Save yourself and your partner and anal douche the deep clean way.
Get yourself a plastic shower hose from Home Depot that allows the head to detach if it comes with one. Detach your existing shower head and simply attach the hose so that the single open hole is NOT attached to the shower. If both ends of the hose are just a single hole then it doesn't matter which side you use. Sometimes one side of the hose will spray and the other is a stream. You want the side with the stream to go inside of you. Find the right temperature and a light continuous flow of water and insert. Hold for a few seconds then take yourself to the toilet. Repeat this process many times until the water

This anal douche is compact and easy to carry. It is small so it won't clean out everything, but it does a good job at making you feel comfortable about being clean enough for anal play.
