This is NOT for sexual stimulation and should not be included on a site selling sexual toys. The head of the thing is huge and it spins, not vibrates. You can't even get it close to the clitoris for any kind of stimulation. Maybe if you have 2 more hands to pull yourself apart, but even then I doubt it will fit. Trying to produces major irritation (think burning ) due to the power spinning action. Only 2 settings low and high, both are powerful and extremely noisy, and it makes major rattling sounds on top of that. It's heavy, it's awkward, and the instructions say you have to charge it for 10 full hours to use it for one lousy hour.

Hitachi is my staple toy, but I got tired of the dragging around that (cold) cord. Ideal is not as powerful as Hitachi, but that might not bother most people.
What IS bothersome is that the blue nubby head rattles like crazy. It was so bad that the toy was unusable for me, but after my dear spouse filled up the hollow blue head with silicone caulking it became much quieter and the vibrations seemed to be transmitted much better.

I'm a larger person and I appreciate the reach factor of this product - no sore wrists trying to get the angles right. I've never used a Hitachi so I can't compare there, but the vibration is quite strong. The low setting has more of a pulse while the higher setting has a more intense, consistent buzz and can be numbing - on occasions when I use it for shoulders or whatever, I actually prefer the low setting.
My problem is with the charging. You can't use the device if it's plugged in (ruins the battery). You can't leave it plugged in indefinitely - you're supposed to unplug it once it's charged. There''s no indicator to tell you when it's charged, however, so you have to guess based on the estimates of how long a full charge takes.
