I bought this for my girlfriend to use on my prostate, but she has issues and is rarely into it. The harness is very well made and highly adjustable. I have worn and used it with a dildo to keep going when she's still eager but I have tired. With some cleverness it can be tied to fixed surfaces and used solo as well :-) !

"Both my boyfriend and I love the way I look and feel wearing this harness. I purchased the black leather version. It not only looks very sexy, but fits very securely. I find that it holds the dildo very securely even through rather vigorous sessions. There are a few caveats, however, that I'd like to point out. The first applies to any harness: consider how your intended use and what size dildo that entails; if you want something small for anal play, make sure you remember to buy a smaller O-ring along with the harness. Second, since this harness, unlike some others, is not padded, you may find your pubic bone gets rather sore after a while. And last, realize that this harness won't allow you to use a double-ended dildo.
There really aren't any included instructions on how to wear this or any harness. Make sure you spend some time with it before you plan to use it so that you're comfortable putting it on and adjusting it. The straps on the Terra Firma actually wrap through your legs and around your buttocks, and you can arrange all that beforehand (including attaching the dildo) so that all you have to to use it is step in and tighten the straps. I found that very helpful."
