What can I return / How do I return an item?
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Libida merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange. Let us know what you didn't like about the item and we will solve the problem with a replacement item. We will promptly send you a replacement free of charge. This can be done one time. You will not be charged any additional shipping. Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we do not accept returns, we only offer a replacement item, completely free of charge.
How much does shipping cost?
You can use this chart to calculate shipping and handling charges for your order. Please remember that the estimated shipping time is from the day the product actually mails, not necessarily from the day you place your order. Product availability may make your actual delivery time longer.
* Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the next business day based upon stock availability. Please note that the time for Rapid Delivery is from the date of shipment and NOT from the day the order is placed. Rapid Delivery may be in transit for 3 days before arrival. Should we not be able to fill your Rapid Delivery order within 2 business days of the placement of the order due to inventory issues, we will notify you via e-mail. Rapid Delivery is available only in the continental United States.
How do I use a gift certificate or discount code?
To use your gift certificate or promotional discount code, simply enter the code in the appropriate box after placing your order, hit the "Recalculate" button and your order will reflect the discount or certificate amount.
What kind of packaging do the products come in?
We send all packages in plain packaging, using our business name, PriveCo Inc., as the sender.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, but we ask that you be aware of the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products before placing your order. We are unable to issue credits for additional postal charges levied by your customs department or for any items they may seize. We are also unable to allow credits for electrical toys that may use a different voltage system in your country.
